Floris, one of the founders of Westbury, brings 10 years of experience in the Service Management area in general and the ITIL methodology in particular to his leadership role at Westbury. Prior to becoming the CEO of Westbury, he started Westbury USA and established a multi million dollar revenue sales organization in the US in three years time. Before moving to the US, Floris worked closely with large enterprise companies in adopting the ITIL methodology and implementing supporting solutions for IT processes. His experience in aligning IT processes with the implementation of service desk solutions gives him unique capabilities to lead Westbury to become the preferred solution provider on top of generic Service Management solutions.
As chief financial officer, Ben Corten brings more than 12 years of finance service management experience to the company. Prior to accepting the position of CFO Ben held the position of VP of Professional Services at Westbury. Ben also has a strong Project Management background, serving eight years as project manager at various companies like Prolin Automation and Telfort. Over the last three years Ben has been financially responsible for the double digits revenue growths of Westbury. Ben holds a bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering.
Marc brings over 12 years of sales and business development experience in the IT Service Management software market. In 1998 Marc co-founded Westbury. Within Westbury, as Senior Vice President Business Development, he is responsible for the growth and management of the EMEA sales organization and the development of strategic partner and alliance relationships. He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam.
David brings extensive practical IT Service Management experience and knowledge to the Westbury organization. Having played an instrumental role in growing the Westbury solutions in the North American marketplace, David continues to expand the US operation in his role of General Manager Westbury USA. David started in IT Service Management consulting in Europe in the early 1990’s, and was certified ITIL Master in 1995. Since then he has actively driven business focused Service Management initiatives both from within IT departments in the role of IT manager as well as from the outside in the role of consultant. Prior to his move to the US in 2001, David was active across the European continent for many organizations, including KPN, AT&T Unisource and Pink Elephant. David holds a MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University in London, United Kingdom.
With extensive world wide experience in project management and his role as manager projects of the implementation and migration of IT Service Management tools and Westbury software solutions, Martijn’s background is perfectly suited to lead the Professional Services team. He is responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction and development of strategic partner and alliance relationships to empower premium service delivery. Martijn holds a BA in Marketing and a Master in Science with a minor in Organization Anthropology. He started his career at Tannhäuser Management Consultants as Business Consultant stationed at Nike EMEA HQ. Martijn Stuiver has been with Westbury since the end of 2002 and earned his extensive experience in different roles covering project management and sales.
