The Westbury support team is dedicated in assisting our clients to gain the most benefit from their implementation of Westbury products by delivering predictive and proactive software support.

In accordance with our Support Contracts, our clients will receive multiple benefits, including:
  • Unlimited Service Desk & Technical Support. Designed to give timely response and resolution to technical issues, clients have access to unlimited phone and email support.
  • Upgrades. All product releases (minor and major) will be made available for upgrading. Once a new version is released clients will be automatically and timely notified about this.
