The Westbury support team is dedicated in assisting our clients to gain the most benefit from their implementation of Westbury SMI Lite Edition by delivering predictive and proactive software support.
In accordance with the SMI Lite Edition license agreement, our clients will receive multiple benefits, including:
- Unlimited service desk & technical support via our online self-service portal. Designed to give timely response and resolution to technical issues, clients have access to unlimited online support.
- Upgrades. All product releases (minor and major) will be made available for upgrading. Once a new version is released clients will be automatically and timely notified about this.
