Migrating from Service Desk to Service Manager

smi2011BoxWith the relase of Service Management Intelligence 2011 for HP ServiceCenter and HP Service Manager, Westbury has also defined a migration path for existing customers who are using our Service Desk Intelligence / Report Manager products, and are considering migrating their HP Service Desk environments.

Westbury is committed to securing current investments in license purchases, and customers with a valid Report Manager support contract will be able to take advantage of discounted rates for the upgrade to SMI Suite.

The Dashboard Manager component of SDI is not part of this standard migration path, and customers looking to upgrade Dashboard Manager should contact their Account Manager for more details.
