Support is available for users of all Westbury products, including SMI 2011, SMI Suite, Change Calendar, InfoFeed, Service Desk Intelligence, Dashboard Manager, Report Manager for Service Desk, Context Manager, Self-Service Portal, and also HPOV Service Desk and SAP Business Objects.
