Our Support Teams

The Westbury support teams are dedicated to assisting our clients in gaining the most benefit from their implementation of Westbury products by delivering predictive and proactive software support.

Support is available for users of all Westbury products, including SMI 2011, SMI Suite, Change Calendar, InfoFeed, Service Desk Intelligence, Dashboard Manager, Report Manager for Service Desk, Context Manager, Self-Service Portal, and also HPOV Service Desk and SAP Business Objects.

In accordance with our support contracts, our clients will receive multiple benefits, including:

  • Unlimited service desk & technical support. Designed to give timely response and resolution to technical issues, clients have access to unlimited phone, email and (preferable) web support.
  • Upgrades. All product releases (minor and major) will be made available for upgrading. Once a new version is released clients will be automatically and timely notified about this.
